Terms And Conditions

  • This promotional offer (“Contest”) is applicable from 13th October to 14th November, 2021 (“Offer Period”)
  • Entry into the Contest shall be limited only to METRO Cash and Carry India Pvt. Ltd. (“METRO”) Registered Business Customers (“Customer”) with Valid Business Licenses.
  • To participate in the Contest, the Customer should purchase products (except liquor and tobacco) worth INR 5,000/- or more from METRO Distribution Centers during the Offer Period, and eligible Customers will get a scratch card, which contains Contest prizes.
  • Each customer can redeem a maximum of only 2 scratch cards during the entire duration of the program, irrespective of the actual number of physical scratch cards he/she has.
  • Any complaints and / or grievances regarding the Contest prize shall be directed to 022-40270000 or write to us at metro@rewardport.in.
  • The Contest prize shall contain Warranty as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and METRO shall not be held liable with respect to the Warranty of the Contest prizes.
  • Prizes shall be non-transferable and non-cashable. The Customer cannot claim cash in lieu of the prize.
  • This Contest cannot be clubbed with any other offer running at the given time in the concerned METRO store.
  • The Contest is valid for walk-in customers only.
  • METRO reserves the right to terminate, extend or change this Contest / Offer Period or any part thereof at any time at its sole discretion. Information regarding such cancellation/extension/discontinuation/changes will however be intimated to the participants as soon as possible. The decisions of METRO with regard to this Contest/ Offer Period, and the declaration of the winners, are final and binding.
  • METRO shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused, if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its reasonable control. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
  • Disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  • Please retain this Scratch Card as a proof of your win along with the valid purchase invoice for any warranty related issues that may arise.
  • During the Offer Period, METRO may conduct weekly lucky draw at the end of each week and will select few lucky customers via randomizer. Bumper lucky draw will be conducted at the end of the Offer Period.
  • The customer should not be accepting the scratch card if it is already scratched at the time of handing over from the Freebie Counter.
  • Only valid METRO card holder is eligible to claim the scratch Card.
  • Only the Primary METRO card holder is eligible to claim the Bumper Prize.
  • This Contest shall not be applicable to the METRO employees, associates, their dependents, or any person associated with METRO either directly or indirectly.
  • METRO reserves the right to use the winners’ names and contest entries for promotional purposes on METRO’s social media platforms and other public platforms. Winners must produce their original bill when claiming for respective prizes.
  • All winners will be contacted via phone or SMS. Customers are required to provide their valid contact numbers for this purpose. METRO shall make reasonable attempts to reach out to the winners on the phone numbers mentioned on its database, however, in case the winner is not reachable, his / her participation stands cancelled, and METRO may forfeit the prize and deal with it as it deems fit.
  • Within the first three days of a Customer registering as a METRO Registered Business Customer, he/she is considered a New Registered METRO Customer. New Registered METRO Customers can claim the gift only after 3 working days of issuance of Scratch Card.
  • In the case of physical items, the customer needs to provide valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License or PAN Card) & their original METRO card (physical/digital) at the time of receiving the Contest prize. Failing to do so may lead to disqualification.
