  1. What is the duration of the offer period?

Shop & Win contest starts from 13th October 2021 and ends on 26th October 2021.

 

  1. By when should a customer redeem the gifts?

The last date to redeem the gifts at the website metro.rewardzpromo.com is 4th November 2021.

 

  1. What is the minimum shopping value to get the scratch card?

Minimum shopping value is INR 5000/- (Inclusive of Taxes) excluding tobacco and liquor billing.

 

  1. How many scratch cards can a customer redeem?

While a customer can collect multiple scratch cards, she / he can redeem maximum of 2 scratch cards throughout the offer period

 

  1. If customer gets better prize in his 3rd Scratch Card?

Customer can’t cancel the earlier redeemed prizes and will need to forfeit the 3rd prize. Else she / he can wait till the end of the period to claim the prizes.

 

  1. Who will be responsible in the event defective goods are supplied to Customers?
  • In event of defective goods the customer has to get in touch with Rewardport on Phone/email. For any queries, customers can call on 022- 40270000. Lines open from Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM, or write to us metro@rewardport.in except on public and bank holidays
  • While goods come with manufactures warranty, Rewardport gets in touch with the manufacture/ supplier and coordinates the replacement of the product.

 

  1. What is the time taken for delivery of gifts to Customers?

It will take 15 days for delivery of gifts.

 

  1. By when can a customer raise complaint about the defective/damaged gifts?

The customer should raise complaint within 2 days from the date of receipt of gifts.

 

  1. Can I change/exchange the model/color of the gifts?

The prize/gifts cannot be exchanged, is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

 

  1. Who ensures that the scratch cards are impartially given to customers:

All scratch cards are protected by silver seal. We will also use randomizer tool for lucky draw.

 

  1. Is the scratch card offer applicable for Online/E-Commerce Orders?

No. This offer is only applicable for Walk-in customers only.
